PRIVATE POLICY / DATA PROTECTION

General Information
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy as well as protection against misuse of their personal data.

Collection, processing and use of personal data
We do not collect any personal data from you when you visit this website. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us yourself via our contact form. This data will only be used to answer your enquiry and then deleted. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Services we use
Our website is based on the WordPress platform, a content management system developed by Automattic Inc, 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. WordPress enables us to create, manage and publish content.

When you use our website, which is based on WordPress, various data, including your IP address, date and time of access and information about the browser you are using, may be collected and stored. This data is mainly used for administrative purposes and to ensure the smooth operation of the website.

Some WordPress functions, such as comments or contact forms, may collect additional personal data when you use them.

Cookies
When certain pages are called up, a so-called ‘session cookie’ is set. This is a small text file that is automatically deleted from your computer at the end of the browser session. The sole purpose of this file is to enable you to use certain applications. You can change the settings in most web browsers so that your browser does not accept new cookies or you can have cookies that you have received deleted. You can usually find out how this works specifically for your browser via its help function. We use the ‘Real Cookie Banner’ consent tool to manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents. The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract.  You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal data, we will not be able to manage your consents.

Server Log-Files
As with every connection to a web server, the server of our web hosting provider logs and stores certain technical data. This data includes the IP address and the operating system of your device, the data, the access time, the type of browser and the browser request including the origin of the request (referrer). This is necessary for technical reasons in order to make our website available to you. The web hosting provider uses technical and organisational measures to protect this data from unauthorised access and does not pass it on to third parties. Insofar as we process personal data, we do so on the basis of our interest in offering you the best possible user experience and ensuring the security and stability of our systems.

Your Rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, cancellation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Changes to the privacy policy
We may change this privacy policy at any time. The changes will be published on this homepage, you will not be informed separately.

You can reach us via contact form.
